Order Confirmations
You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Methods and Charges
UK Delivery:

Royal Mail Delivery (3-5 Days)- This service is offered FREE with every orders.
2. Royal Mail Delivery (24 Hours)- This service is offered with additional charges of £8.00 with every orders.
International Delivery:
1. Standard International - This service is offered FREE with all orders. The parcel will typically arrive in 7 to 15 Business Days.
2. Express International - This service is charged at £20.00 The parcel will typically arrive within 3 to 5 Business Days.
Your order may have extra charges, like import duties, taxes, or VAT, when it arrives in your country. UltraDental is not responsible for these charges, and it will be your responsibility as a customer to pay them.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please contact us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier about the missing parcel.
